1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Red [Misko] Pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Membership & Directory Listing

Red [Misko] Pages is a paid membership directory for First Nations-owned businesses. Annual membership is $2,400/year. All applications are subject to review by our vetting committee to ensure lineage accuracy and connection strength. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Vetting Process

All businesses listed in the directory are vetted by a committee to ensure First Nations ownership and lineage accuracy. By applying, you consent to this review process and agree to provide accurate information about your business and heritage.

4. Payment & Refunds

Membership fees are collected via our payment processor at the time of application. If your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund. Approved memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your business listing. You agree not to misrepresent your business, ownership, or Indigenous heritage. Violations may result in removal from the directory without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Red [Misko] Pages are owned by Red [Misko] Pages. Business listings remain the property of the respective business owners. By listing, you grant us permission to display your business information in the directory.

7. Limitation of Liability

Red [Misko] Pages is a directory and networking platform. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, or partnerships. We are not liable for any disputes between businesses or between businesses and their customers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
